I pray you are doing absolutely amazing! I blinked, looked up and it's December! Just like that we are a few weeks from ending yet another year. Isn't it funny how we wait until January to begin mapping out our goals, resolutions and aspirations? I just want to know, who deemed January 1st as the day to start making desired life changes?
A few blog posts ago, I begin making my life changes with my NOvember post. I made a conscious, intentional decision not to wait until the "New Year" to begin making the changes I wanted to see. Next came, WATER BAPTISM! Yes! November 27th, I made a public declaration of my faith alongside 94 other men and women. Ya girl, went down in the water, as Christ died, was buried and raised from the dead and came up in NEWNESS in Christ!
I believe that in all the things our Heavenly Father has allowed us to know, he purposefully did not allow us to know the amount of time we have to live. We know how much money we have in our bank accounts, which lets us know how much we can spend. We know how much gas is in our cars, which lets us know how far we can drive, amongst other things. BUT we do not know how much time we have to live on this earth.
As you prepare to end the year, I charge you to CHOOSE to make the life changes you desire NOW! You don't have to wait until January. You can make an intentional decision to do it now. Don't delay and allow time to pass you by. Want to work out more? Sign-up today, don't delay on your goals, because time waits on no one. Want to steward your money better? Start TODAY by making smaller changes to the way you use and spend your money? Want to believe in yourself and grow spiritually? Begin NOW with spending time in the presence of our Father, reading the Word and self-affirmations.
You can choose NOW to start again. To start anew and start fresh. And when you make the decision to start now, know that you have Rhonda Nikole cheering you on from afar.
