So, at this point I believe it is safe to call you all family. We've been on this journey together for almost six months so, that makes us family. No more "Hey friends" intro, as we've graduated to Whaddup Family? LOL!
These weeks seem to roll around faster than I can keep up. Every week when it's time for a new blog I am always in awe, like wow I'm still at it. When I started out on this journey, I was completely clueless (I still am at times) as to where this would lead to and how I was going to keep up with the demand, but God is faithful. He has never left my side and no matter how much I try to convince myself that I have nothing to write, he always drop the right words of encouragement and inspiration in my spirit at the right time. Truly, I am thankful.
As you may tell from the photo attached to this blog, I am taking a digital detox away from social media. Over the last eleven days of February, I am being intentional about my time and well-being. Time I would usually spend on social media I am committing to refreshing, replenishing, renewing, and rebuilding Rhonda Nikole. My goal is productivity and focus. I'm praying, meditating, worshiping, and nurturing my spiritual, physical, and mental well-being.
I'm starting a new book by Pastor Sarah Jakes entitled "Dear Mary". I am watching Youtube videos on creating new and improved content for my brand. I'm editing footage that has been on my camera way too long (smh), committing to a minimum of one hour in the gym four days a week, decluttering from the social media world and spending less time with my phone in my hand.
What about you? When was the last time you took a digital detox away from social media? How could you better allot your time to goals, dreams, and aspirations that are waiting on your full attention? This week I encourage you to take a digital detox from the world. Even if it is for only two to three days. Create a schedule of things you can accomplish on those days. Use your time wisely and you'd be surprise as to how much you get done. Until next week family, take care.
XOXOXO
Rhonda Nikole
Hey there!! Thank you so much for your unwavering support!!! Small changes make big differences! I’ve read that decluttering space calms anxiety & keeps you feeling refreshed! Can’t wait to hear about what you choose to implement this week. 💕
Whaddup Family, I absolutely love the media fast. I don’t spend a lot of time on social media. However, the time spent could be used to keep order in my closet and throwing in an extra exercise here and there.
